spectating live game shows out of bounds

When joining an ongoing live game to spectate, the spectator seems to be out of bounds with UI showing, but no hero, ground or any other in-level element. Minimap seems to show where the spectator is supposed to be watching. Sounds play normally. This happened twice in a row when joining to watch match ID 155000.

By changing to free cam, you are actually able to fly to the match area and watch the game but only until you switch to a player perspective. As soon as you change to player perspective, the camera returns to outside of the map. The camera shows incorrect position for the spectator view.

Joining to spectate match 155141 seemed to produce exactly same results as 155000.
