Game keeps freezing

My game has begun freezing today, earlier it was fine, but after the second patch (sometime around 7 CT) my game freezes. It isn't a full crash, just a large desync.
It seems like all in game actions are frozen, I cannot move and cannot see anything move, death timers do not advance and minimap icons do not move. However, I can still use the UI, I can hold tab and look at people's items and scores and whatnot. Even weirder is that I can hear all the audio in the game, and can even talk with my teammates using voice chat. And yes, the little talking bubble does appear and disappear beneath my icon when I do that.
After a game reload everything is fine, however, these freezes occur often enough that its pretty frequent. Roughly 4 per match, roughly 10 every 10 minutes. They do not seem to be lined up with any event (it is not when mid spawns or anything like that). It has occured when I am dead and when I'm in the middle of a fight.
I do not know if simply leaving the match without quitting the game works, because frankly the leave match button has been replaced with abandon match button and I am scared to press that button because I don't want an abandon so I always use the exit game button and relaunch.
It happened 3 games in a row, roughly 4 per match, and only after the second patch today.
I can provide match ID's if necessary but I doubt it would show anything other than me stopping suddenly.

Yeah, I don't know why but it's the same for me since November/December I can't remember exactly. I'm sticking to bot matches and offline play and avoiding real players because of this and a few other issues that all hit at once.

My 3070 suddenly died while playing Deadlock (before all Nov/Dec updates). After some time, I got a 4070 but the game performed horribly. It happened also in every other video game, so I went crazy thinking it was a GPU problem. Turns out it was my Steam recording settings. I believe mic auto-gain and GPU acceleration were triggering audio hiccups, so I disabled the Steam overlay completely and fixed the audio hiccups. Yeah, I know it's in beta, no problem. I love it and it will be one of my favorite features when released.

My internet provider changed my fiber promising it was the same speed, just cheaper. Turns out my new speed and latency, while fine, jitter a shit ton.

But it's not happening like this, nor at this rate, in any other game. I should test in CS2 because of Source 2, but I've tested several games and it doesn't happen. Not even in TF2, Rocket League, PUBG, or even Quake 3. Not in a browser or downloads, as expected, but in Deadlock it WILL happen, and constantly.

Fights (or anything action heavy really) seem to trigger lag spikes and net jitter. Ziplines are a nightmare because of this and even triggered a camera glitch before I fixed it by resetting some of my configs. Now at least I can use them offline without the camera glitch, but it's still lagging online.

I will be returning soon to my previous fiber type anyway, so I will bump this with news.
