The top of the spawn wall and area above it provides full spawn healing which makes for a nasty exploit where players can defend from the top wall with 2000hp heal/sec. I cant imagine this is intentional so i wanted to mention. It allowed a Bebop to freely hook players into his spawn base for an insta kill on CD with no counterplay and a Seven to receive spawn healing while contesting patron pit with ultimate.
