Backstory:
Sparky is an mischievous and energetic kangaroo who is a major attraction within the bronx zoo. But life wasn't always within bars. Originally from the Savannah of Australia, he was brought to New York as a baby by an older eccentric woman, Miss Valentine. Her husband had been on a poaching trip and killed Sparky's parents. Miss Valentine took it upon herself to take him in and raise the poor helpless thing. She doted on him and did not treat him as if he were a pet but more of a child. His intelligence became apparent as he was able to almost seemingly understand her every word. They were inseparable within the upper echelon of New York. Sparky would love to entertain the misses and guests with games and tricks. During nights they would enjoy watching cartoons together. After many years, a growing divide had been occurring between Miss Valentine and her Husband. Miss Valentine threatened with divorce, but Mr. Valentine would not allow it and ultimately had her assassinated to keep his wealth. The assassination was a success and Mr. Valentine got rid of all remnants of Miss Valentine and Sparky.
Sparky was donated to the bronx zoo thereafter. A popular attraction but sparky was enamored with escaping and taking revenge. Sneaking out of his enclosure was trivial enough but the zoos walls were impossible to climb over and the keepers would always catch him. His only semblance of past life was to peek over sleeping security guards shoulders and watch those same cartoons he and his Valentine would watch.
During one of those times, the maelstrom event occurred. Sparky's free nature resonated with free spirited nature of the characters on screen. Something strange happened as sparky began to under go a change. A rather goofy and silly change. He had become just like the rubber-hose cartoons he loved to watch. He was able to enact those same cartoon physics his favorite characters used to do the impossible. Sparky was able to finally leave! Time to take on the man who took his Miss Valentine away from him.
Special Passive: On crouch hold, he charges up a mega jump to spring into the air, can be performed on slides
Ability 1: Slam!
Construct a random blunt object, large wooden hammer, baseball bat, club and swing at a target. While in air this is a slam.

Ability 2: Heads up!
A homing attack. While being above a target this hero can ball up and home in on a target to bounce on their head back into the air as if by trampoline. Can bounce on 2 targets for duration.

Progression ideas: more charges, more bounces per charge, can bounce on teammates
Ability 3:
Cycle through conjured a revolver, tommy, shotgun on reload. Deals slight spirit damage per bullet.

Progression ideas: faster reloads, more spirit scaling, can trigger to cycle through guns for next reload
Ability 4: Kaboom!
Pull out a massive shoulder cannon and shoot a rocket that does splash damage on hit.
