Probably related to this bug.
I've been able to reproduce this a few times explicitly while spamming my dash key as I'm being hit by Paradox's Kinetic Carbine (3). You hop around like a bunny as long as you keep hitting dash, and then go back to normal when you stop. Camera gets weird too just like the above linked thread. Not sure if it's just on Haze.
