South African servers was a great idea but unfortunately we do NOT have the player base to sustain it.
Waiting up to an hour for a game is seriously pathetic. Not to speak of the wide spread of MMR each game, it just doesn't work.
The solution should be that or 1. we can choose our desired server to play on (EU or SA) Eu was fine with 150ms ping, had no issues playing like this. At least I can get a game within 2min or so.
or 2. after 5 to 10min of searching for a game, we should be automatically redirected to our previously allocated EU servers.
I tried a workaround with a vpn, but the wrong servers was chosen automatically which then led to me trying to play on a 200 ping which isn't possible.
Please address this valve as its actually just ruining the game for players here.
