'[SoundSystemLowLevel] Audio device starved [x] samples' when speaker configuration set to headphones

I noticed audio gets choppy during battles with many abilities going off. Changing from headphones to 2 speaker fixed it but i wanted to do a bit more testing.
After having it happen last night I had time to think about what would cause it and it mostly has to do with how I manage the cpu usage.

My specs are : 13th gen i9-13900kf, rtx 40 series, 64GB ram and game on a m2 nvme, onboard realtek audio while testing. vt-x and vt-d enabled with hyper-v active. But during the testing all VMs are offline and wsl2 subsystem inactive. My system defaults to a maximum processor state of 25% unless unless specific tasks. I haven't had to change that for gaming even when running ray tracing games in hyper-v win11 gpu-p.

The easy fix for me is to allow 75% when playing deadlock if i want the highest sound output.
I searched the forums but it gave no results about soundsystemlowlevel so I figured I should still post this.
