Sound loop gets stuck to Shiv

Seems to be the sound from being healed by the fountain. Haven't found a way to make it go away and I dunno how to reproduce it, but it happens every single game I play Shiv.

I have also gotten this every game with Shiv since the Mirage patch.

Yup every game I've had, its so annoying. If I disconnect and reload it goes a way for a bit and then comes back.

Currently there is a workaround, you can watch a death replay by pressing R after you die and the bug will go away!

yes, Its very anoying. it just stays the whole game. I turn down the volume when it happens
