Soul rending bullets+mystic shot

im not sure if this is necessarily a bug but these two items seem like they should work in tandem to get a little bit of life steal from mystic shot but as it is mystic shot gets applied before the debuff, so unless you apply the debuff in between mystic shots you cant benefit from the lifesteal. i feel like it wouldn't really be that much of a game changer to make soul rending apply first so it can benefit mystic shot. just a thought
