At 60 fps and below, the outline is pretty clear. Then it keeps fading more and more until it becomes invisible. The attached picks are out of order, but they are taken at 60, 90 and 144 fps. It's functionally useless at around 100, but I think it becomes totally invisible at around 120. The same way, the glow seems to get stronger on lower fps, because this shit is really bright when I tab out.
This has been a thing since time immemorial for me, but I assumed that's just how it's meant to be until seeing the outline in the clips or streams people post.
