Soul orb denying

This doesn't seem like a bug to me, in every instance you waited for a split second after the orb became available (it turned blue) before shooting, and the enemy simply got to it first. The system is working as intended, and the thread should be under gameplay feedback.

Edit: keep in mind that the game already prioritizes claiming your own orbs (blue ones) over denying enemy orbs (orange ones). So, if you and an enemy both shoot your orb at approximately the same time (somewhere around 0.15 second i believe), you'll get it.

Yeah, IMO it seems pretty clear you missed the timing in many of the shots in that montage.

If you spam shooting before it turns orange, because your gun has some time between bullets, you might just get unlucky. You need to shoot it right as it turns orange. You can practice in the hideout.

Furthermore, you can't just fire when it turns the color, you need to prefire, to account for bullet travel time or something. You can also see this in the hideout, if you react to the color change, you'll consistently get like ~100ms or so, but if you prefire you can get the delay down to arbitrary limits.
