Soul Exchange and Shiv's passive

Soul Exchange "swaps health levels" and isn't affected by bullet or spirit resist. Shiv's passive counts the Soul Exchange health loss as damage taken, and thus lets him defer the health loss as though he had taken damage. Given the wording on Bloodletting, it seems like an unintended interaction.

agreed shiv is already crazy strong. soul exchange seems to have a few bugs like this. it also interacts with kinetic reverb as though it dealt the health difference as damage causing it to pop for massive damage
