Vesper collects souls. That's her thing. I drew two versions of her - a human version and a Rem-species version. If she was Rem's species she would be from the world of dreams and captures souls traveling there (maybe the world of dreams is the space between life and death and she grabs souls that are making the crossing). If she was a human, her story would be that souls have always been drawn to her and when she was a child everyone thought she was odd because she talked to imaginary friends so much until a witch realized that she had power and trained her. An apprentice witch who collects souls. Yeah. Cool.
In terms of mechanics, I'd love to have a character who could distribute souls to teammates so that I could zoom around the map gathering everything and use that to make my team stronger, rather than just myself. I think that would be a fun way to play that doesn't exist right now.

PS her voice should be soft, whisper-y, and flat in intonation. She doesn't get riled up about anything. Eerie and cute.
