Some stun abilities (Ivy Stone Form, Abrams Ulti) teleport/move you to a previous location

24250062 - 4:30 - I got Ivy stun at the same time as Bebop hook and got teleported back (no Bebop uppercut), video below.

Something similar happened in a previous game with Abrams ultimate stun (can try finding the game if you need).

24050742 - 13:47 - Ground strike as Lash in the same place as Abrams ultimate, teleported/dragged me seemingly at the same place I cast Ground Strike, but at ground level, vid below.
