Being in a specific spot in the Curb might cause you to not get grabbed by Lash ultimate. Curbs also because of the elevation will give a little boost to your slide, but the report is more like for lash and a new issue with wraith ultimate. See below
this specific spot causes lash ultimate to not pull the enemy.

this issue also happened to save me because of wraith ultimate interaction in the same spot of the first clip ^.

it sounds rare, but its more like incommon than rare. Players who main Lash can pretty much say they experienced this multiple times.
