some abilities don't stop you from using the Spectral assistant recast (teleport) like lash, bebop, abrams and other hero ults I'm not sure if this is a bug though and it makes the hero more fun to play. however you can't recast it while using other ults (eg: seven ult and dynamo ult) making it feel inconsistent.
Sinclair can grab and pull a target enemy hero by recasting spectral assistant right after using m&k's ult on someone, the timing is a bit tight though.
It is also possible to recast spectral assistant during Victor's ult animation, this will change where the ult would stun/deal damage but the game fails to change the location of the AoE indicator circle.
Some heroes can cast their non-ultimate abilities while using their ult but when you steal their ult as Sinclair you can't cast your non-ultimate abilities while using the stolen ult (Viscous and Ivy).
you can cast your normal abilities while using Holliday's and Warden's ults
You can steal grey talon's ult, cast it, then cancel it to get a full refund to your ult as Sinclair, allowing you to steal a different ult. this also works with other heroes that can cancel their ult like Haze (timing it is difficult though) and Mirage (by clicking on a friendly walker to cancel the ult). only works if the original hero can cancel their ult without it going on cooldown.
