some more support item ideas

This time I want to focus on more items that already do work well in league of legends and suggest some similar items for deadlock. Names and stat values can all be changed
"attack order"
tier 3 spirit
+ 6% ability range
+ 6% ability cd reduction
passive:
Abilities that slow or immobilize enemy heroes mark them for 7 seconds. Allied heroes that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 10% of the target's current health as bonus magic damage (9 (per target, starts upon mark application) second cooldown).
(like imperial mandate from league of legends, one of my favorite support items)

"Aiding Power"
tier 3 spirit
+ 6% ability cd reduction
+ 75 hp
passive:
Healing or shielding one or more allies grants both/all of you 20 spirit power and 1,5 movespeed
buff duration 5 sec
(Similar to staff of flowing waters from league of legends)

"instable matter"
tier 3 Health
+ 6% ability range
+ 1 movespeed
Passive:
When casting your ultimate ability, you summon a storm of antimatter around dealing 40 +0.2 spirit scaling to nearby enemies and slowing them by 30%
CD 45 sec, starts on ultimate cast. Duration 5 sec. 10m radius. Max dps is double of the standard dps.
(Similar to zekes convegence)

"Bloodletting"
tier 2 weapon
Passive:
Imbue an ability, after hitting that ability and dealing dmg to an enemy hero he is marked for 3 seconds. if you hit a bullet against him, the mark procs and he will be debuffed, taking 10% more dmg from any source.
CD 8 sec per enemy. debuff duration 6 seconds.

"Blessing from above"
tier 3 health
+ 100 bonus health
+ 1 health regen
Passive:
When taking dmg from enemy heroes you become blessed reducing all incoming dmg by 35%, after the blessing expires you unleash a shokewave arround you, slowing all enemy by 50%
CD 20 sec starts after the shokewave. buff duration 3 sec. debuff range 12m. debuff duration 2 sec.
(Similar to Celestial Opposition)

"Right hand"
Tier 3 spirit
+ 6% ability cd reduction
+ 6% ability range
Passive:
When you heal or shield an ally they gain the "sword" and "schield" buff. "sword" grants their next dmg agains an enemy hero 100 +5 boon scaling as flat spirit dmg and "shield" reducing the next incoming hero dmg for 200 + 5 boon scaling
CD 15 sec. 10 sec buff duration.

This item is decent. Looks pretty balanced, since the damage depends on the current amount of health and can be mitigated with resist.
I would increase a little bit cooldown.

Good item, but I think the amount of Spirit Power can be larger than 20.

As I understand, that storm will be summoned in the user's position?
This item is good too, nothing unbalanced. Dynamo would become even more dangerous.

Interesting item. It has a potential to be useful throughout all of the match. But it's better to have general cooldown, instead of distinct ones.

Cool concept, but the item is hard to use. If you get hit too early or barely scratched by someone far away, you basically lose buff. I would make it an active Tier 4 item, increase duration to 5 seconds, cooldown to 45. Maybe it would be too powerful, but at least we can control it.

I´m open to the changes you suggest to all the items.

exactly the storm is arround the wearer, it would be an item for characters like dynamo but also kelvin and potential a more support abrahms or other future tank supports.

the idea was that it is hard to use, but I´m open to the changes, so making it an active t4 item would also work.

yeah the sword buff might need a nerf, tho realisticly supports have lower souls since they farm less therefor it won´t reach that number. maybe a bigger base dmg and less scaling would be better. something like 150+2 boon scaling
 
I have another change for "Blessing from above" without just changing it into an active.
Now the passive only procs after a dmg threshold like taking atleast 100dmg in 3 seconds

100 damage is too easy to take. Even Tier 2 barrier items have the bigger threshold. Maybe some percentage of max health?
