Some mobility item ideas for t2 vitality

The phantom platform will be transparent and heroes can jump throught it when they are below. From above it acts just like a normal ground. Bullets can be shot throught it.
Moth Wing will have a wing flutter animation on activation

I'm not sold on the platform ability, but I like the Moth Wing thing. It obviously would be core on characters like Lash and Holliday, but it is at least fun and unique.

From a first glance these items seem pretty fine (If a little lean on the stat side). Making them vitality items (by far the most competitive item slots) also seems they'd have issue with viability, especially if they would be keeping their low stat lines.

I don't think the platform should grant or be tied to a bullet shield effect. Should just have a normal duration, one that's also a little longer than 4 seconds. I'd also put it in another slot category, like spirit.

Moth wings is really nice. Give it some bonus health, a little bit of a combat stat (fire rate imo, though I could see an argument for spirit power) and I could see it fitting within the game pretty well. It's probably one of the better concepts on this forum, and one of the more likely to get added into the game.

I made the platform break to prevent situations where you could just sit under the skybox and spam spells, certain heros just don`t have a way to deal with this(calico, warden, lash, mo&krill), this way you can atleast try to drop the enemy by shooting them. Thought i agree that the item could be buffed to something like 8s.
Also knockdown wouldn`t work on this, since you are technicly staying on ground when you are on a platform. It could even be used as vindicta when knockdown is applied to you. You just need to swiftly cancel your flight and immediately create a platform.
