some items are too important and part of all builds

it feels like are too vital too not take every time in every build , like titanic mag or the fire rate and bullet/spirit damage items , it feels like i have one build but if i played anything else id be at a big disadvantage, shoudnt we have more variation ?
 
i think this is fine. naturally some items are going to be inherently strong and the only way to remove that is to massively overcomplicate the item system with more hyper-specific ones
