Just saying upfront, this is a bug that happens to my brother's account, not mine. My brother and I play together fairly often. Since the 'Old Gods, New Blood', my brother has been getting a very strange issue: we will wait in queue, the game will start but on his end he never sees it start. From my end, I see it say "11/12 players" before counting down to 0 and aborting the game before even starting (for which reason I have no match ID to provide). His account has even been disciplined for this, which makes no sense to me as it is not his fault at all, he has no internet issues during this occurrences as verified by continuously communicating through the internet throughout. Our accounts are Curundil and kamgernander, for cross referencing the occurences, if needed. Any assistance or attention on this issue would be greatly appreciated
