[Solved] Can't start Lane Training?

[rxpm]

Played through Get Started and Hero Training, but can't progress to do Lane Training after selecting any hero. Getting the error "#Citadel_StartMatchMaking_NoRegionPings"

Edit: Had VPN on by accident; disabled and started successfully
