Was raged because assigned to play Ivy again and again so I closed the game, but I re-login and the game seemed began and I am put to another starting point and can't get back to the lane, also cannot kill myself.

When this happens, you have to get someone from the opposing team to kill you while trapped in the teleporter. Then you'll respawn proper. The unstick/suicide commands don't work in this scenario.
