snowball not working on some heroes/not upgrading with completed challenges

For myself, Warden, Dynamo, Shiv, Bebop, and more cannot throw snowballs for some reason.

Went through all the heroes and here's what I got:

Works:
Abrams, Calico, Drifter, Haze, Holliday, Infernus, Lash, Mirage, Pocket, Victor,

Doesn't Work:
Bebop, Billy, Doorman, Dynamo, Gary Talon, Ivy, Kevin, Geist, McGinnis, Mina, Krill, Paige, Paradox, Seven, Shiv, Sinclair, Vindicta, Viscous, Vyper, Warden, Wraith, Yamato

It just doesn’t work in my game. Somehow I can’t throw a snowball with any hero currently

well 2 things

1. it should work with every hero, despite this including doorman and mcginnis i was able to throw the snowball with them, so maybe just an error on your side? unsure

2nd. i have NO clue if the upgrading is supposed to actually work in games. it really sounds like it should, but it seems really akward to have an ability that can do up to 20 dmg with 5 charges on an 8s cd when you complete the event, whereas newer event takers will have a weak snowball. again, it really sounds like it should, but im just saying it might be intentional.

this issue is caused by character Specific Keybinds being activated. the setting is per character, and completely grays out the HIDEOUT group of keybinds which includes the snowball

I play with custom keybinds (instead of 1234 its QEF4) and i couldnt get the snowball to work on paige when i first played her in this new update.

after testing in the hideout; MIna, Paige, Vindicta, Viscous still cannot throw snowballs.

also Mo & krill has a really weird animation when throwing snowballs.

It does work on Dynamo. I got it first on him.

bumping this, i have no issues throwing snowballs with hero specific keybinds disabled, but when i have it enabled i am not able to throw snowballs on specific heros that i have set custom keybinds on. @Yoshi
