smoke bomb did not give invulnerability?

I see it go on cooldown but the 0.5 invulnerability did not trigger.

sometimes desync will have you die before an input goes off, and will cancel your usage if you die. The servers thought you pressed it after you died (hence the instant cooldown reset)
