slowness on ivy's ultimate when you throw a bomb and keep left click

On the ivy utlimate, when we hold down the left click to accelerate, if we throw a bomb, we will be slow all the time while we keep the left click.
You must therefore remove the left click to press again in order to resume acceleration. This was not present until one of the last updates.

In the video, you can see that I hold down left click while the big yellow dot in the middle is active.

I did more testing, and in fact it's with the new incantation mode, if I'm in rapid incantation (click and cast after releasing the key) I have the bug. But with instant incantation for example, I don't have any slowness when I throw a bomb.
