Slowing Hex does not silence movement abilities

Was working before map rework patch, now doesn't silence movement abilities but in description says it is.

Tested on Infernos, Wraith, Vyper, Mo, Lash, Calico and Dynamo

Interestingly seems this bug is like the others, i tried in sandbox and its works but when is on live game is not, i saw others complaining from same issue here on other items

I can confirm after micro patches as today is working again, thanks

slowing hex isnt insant, it need to be preused, its like slow projetcile, and if he use it before it hit him it dosent cancel it
