Vyper becomes stuck in slide when you unlock slither while in a slide, and takes 30 seconds to a minute to be able to get out with unstick.

Close enough duplication of something similar to avoid a second post since slither was unlocked during a slide when it manifested: Vyper stuck in slide. Persisted through death and after zipline.
