Skill rating settings don`t work

Still can`t see the average rating after the match, + gor a rank up from ascedant 3 to ascedant 4 today and there was no notification about this

I just got a notification for the first time. Notably my overall rank was already Oracle 5, but my Dynamo went from the double down arrow to the single down arrow (⌄), so it may be character specific.
