Skill build suggestion gone upon reconnecting after game froze

  1. Game froze
  2. I stopped running game from Steam launcher
  3. Relaunch
  4. Reconnect
  5. Skill suggestions absent
  6. Browse build to reselect build
  7. Fixed. Suggested skill upgrades came back.
