I can't remember which match this was in, but I had to restart the client yesterday and when I came back the game would no longer give me ability point suggestions from the build I was using.
I restarted the client because there was a round Paige icon over my crosshair that seemed to be a stale render from the previous game.
I paused the game, exited through the menu, started back up, and reconnected. Another player unpaused while I was re-loading in, but a teammate paused again. Upon my return, for the rest of the match - I was no longer getting ability point recommendations for the build I was using.
The character was Haze, build ID was 211035.
