Siphon Bullets has peculiar quirks when sold and then repurchased

This has been observed in test sandbox only.

Purchasing Siphon Bullets and using it against a hero operates as expected. However, shooting an enemy hero => selling then repurchasing SB while the buff/debuff is active introduces some bugs:

The respective debuff icon becomes black.
It bugs out the HP bar over the enemy (it seems to deplete a lot faster than it should)
Siphoned damage is no longer portrayed as purple spirit damage.
Intentionally draining an enemy hero's health past zero with Siphoning (with little other damage input) makes them invulnerable to death (and a strange sfx is heard when trying to shoot them further). They remain invulnerable until they get their health back once the debuff expires.
Haven't tried to see whether its other utilities are bugged (stacking health, etc etc)
