Sinclair's Ultimate does not copy Haze's Ultimate correctly

When copying Haze's ultimate and using it, damage is only applied to enemies every half second or so, seen here.

That's because haze's ult works by firing her gun. Haze has much higher fire rate + fixation and sinclair has neither of those things

But he mustt copy haze ultimate with haze guns (without Items ofc)
