Sinclair's copy of Victor's ult breaks hitbox-texture-camera logic

Triggering Victor's ult at the very end of it as Sinclair causes a series of game-breaking bugs:
1. The camera disconnects from any player model
2. No actions are possible to make (including dashing/zipline movement, etc) except walking
3. No hitbox is found (new Victor's/Sinclair's model is invinsible)
4. Another Victor's model appears motionless in place where Sinclair's should be
5. Unstuck command does not work
6. Somehow the invisible body under the camera still blocks bullets
The source of the last hit which triggered the ult does not matter, what matters is that the time of the Sinclair's ability to use the ult runs out during the Shocking Reanimation animation.
