Sinclair's Vexing Bolt lock-on change was seemingly reverted so that it now targets objectives and neutral camps again, except this time it functions differently.
Basically, when you are in range of guardians or walkers, your bolts just collide into them normally and there is no lock-on for them - this is acceptable behaviour. When you are able to damage guardians/walkers, the lock-on for them is enabled - this is fine and I like that it doesn't target them when they are not able to be damaged.
However, after you disengage from the guardian or walker, your bolts will start to phase through them for a period of around 10 (or sometimes 20) seconds before collision starts to happen again. This happens for no explainable reason. With walkers in particular, your bolts will start to phase through them when you're too far away to damage it but in range for it to damage you.
Unfortunately, shrines and neutral camps are also able to be targeted through walls again. This sucks and makes your bolts fly in random/unintentional directions sometimes which can mess you up in a fight. This is what the patch sought to fix, except now that the change has been reverted, it's happening again.

Please fix this as soon as possible. It's really annoying to have your bolts fly in random directions because it's targeting an enemy shrine or camp from across the map, and at the same time, bolts should not defy physics and phase through objectives like this.
