Sinclair vs moa&krill: seems a bit wacky(Def doesn't feel this is intended)
-they both gets stacks when stealing his ult whether its from moes ulting or Sinclairs(copy of moe's).
-If I ult a moe&Krill and he dies I get a +50 health but he does as well for his own death. Seen below

-after some testing it seems if the two ult within the same time frame of the ult being used and the 3 seconds after both get the +50 health not matter who they kill.
-moe&krill don't get stacks if Sinclair takes his ult and kills someone with it if moe&krill are not ulting.
:example ---in a game I ulted paradox with his ult killed them we both got the +50 then he ulted my friend(warden) and killed him and we both got the +50 from it) Seen below match id:50701248

CAN BE HARD TO SEE LOOK AT MAX HEALTH AND +50 POP-UP
-I don't have a second person available for testing not sure if it is map wide(I know very unlikely) but could be helpful for de-bugging it.
Sinclair vs talon: Works as intended it seems(maybe I'm not the dev)
-Sinclair does gets permanent spirit stacks and it doesn't share with talon like it does with moe&krill +50.
Sinclair vs Vindicta: after stealing the first time works fine(maybe I'm not the dev)
-I know not technically a stat building ult.
-only gets one charge even if I have rapid recharge for the first steal of the game. still get the souls bonus with kills on it(which I would assume is intended).
-at the start of the game its not that big of a deal but if I run into her late game, never seeing her, and copy I don't get the full stacks if I have rapid re-charge.
These are the only stat building ults in the game. I don't include Mina because you would need her 3 ability to even be able to stack her ult.
Devs do as you wish with that information.
