Sinclair is able to travel through any wall by using copying Shiv's ultimate and setting this up. Video is attatched
First, copy Shiv ult
Second, place Sinclair's assistant right up against the wall that you want to go through
Third, ult an enemy in the direction facing towards the wall with your assistant
Fourth, immediately use Sinclair's assistant ability again to swap locations with it
And there you go. Sometimes if your teleport location is too close to Shiv it may teleport you back to Shiv, but it doesn't happen frequently.
I think this is because Shiv Ult disables collisions and by teleporting in front of the wall it pushes you through.
