Sinclair rabbit hex doesn't go on CD if used right before getting CCed + Apollo ult bug

Cba cutting a video so i'll just give you timestamps :

2:33 getting cced by ivy statue just as im casting rabbit hex, i get the cooldown back
10:22 same bug but with abram ult

now the weird apollo ult interaction :

At 7:00 i get cancelled during appolo ult cast by ivy. I kept the appolo model form indefinitely until i press ult again and ult appeared to be on CD
Next round i'm still in appolo form and still have appolo ult ready to use
