Sinclair - Rabbit Hex cooldown reset when interrupted

If Sinclair casts Rabbit Hex at the right time before he gets stunned/interrupted the ability goes off but the cooldown isn't used/is refreshed.

Examples: McGinnis Spectral Wall, Infernus Concussive Combustion and Ivy Stone Form
- other stuns most likely have the same result
