Bug is as stated on the tin, though, for Grey Talon ult, the stun component still exists. As for Doorman, you're only able to use your assistant while stuck in the character state. For Victor ult, you cannot do anything but move around, buy items, pick up souls, and sit in patron pit for damage resistance.
Sinclair doesn't deal damage with Grey Talon ult, is stuck as Doorman for the duration of using said ult, activation of Victor ult softlocks Sinclair.
