Sinclair cannot use Holiday Ult

Whenever Sinclair tries to use Holiday lasso the ult will still go off but doesn't seem to attach unless in melee range. I did test this in the practice range and it is consistently not working.

Yeah this is reproducible. And it seems to actually be even worse than just this:

Victor's ult was fixed, but there are ults that are actively broken as of 07:00:00 UTC.
I am testing as I write this, and it is very late. Sorry if not thorough; I am very tired

Broken Ults and how they are broken:

Unable to use abilities while ult is active
• Drifter
• Infernus
• Kelvin
• Doorman

Other:
• Warden, Wraith, and Yamato (Maybe more have this) : When copying and using their ults, Sinclair has the Assistant as an ability that they can use while casting the ult—in reality, you can't use it; it shows as active despite not being actually able to be used...
