Sinclair bug with Celeste ult and Lightning Scroll

Happens when owning lightning scroll as Sinclair and stealing Celestes ultimate. Despite other Sinclair steals Proccing LS, Celeste ult doesn't. Apollo and Venator ults work, but Rem doesn't and neither does Graves. Very weird inconsistency considering I wanted to be stunning people with stolen Celeste ult.

It has to do with whether or not the ult is still changed on your bar at the time damage is applied. an easy visual indication of this is whether or not you're still the pink version of that hero when it should proc.

Easily reproducible either way with Ivy ultimate.

You can use refresher to steal the same ultimate if you are holding that ultimate when lightning scroll would proc, it works.
