Sinclair Bolt AP rework suggestions

As it stands right now Magician has one of if not the most oppressive laning phases in Deadlock but falls off mid to late game and sorta gets overwhelmed in chaotic fights making him very difficult to learn only to be really frustrating to play as or against.

Currently suggesting giving Magician's 1 a 20 second cooldown at base (the tier 1 AP can remain the same maybe make it -5 instead of -3 seconds to CD) and possibly lowering the base spirit ratio to 1.5. The tier 2 and tier 3 AP's are relatively boring and aren't super transformative or indicative of what I think Magician is about. The tier 2 AP could be a spirit ratio additive (could make it around 2.5 to 2.8) on top of a movement slow instead of the fire rate slow, and the tier 3 AP should increase the amount of redirects the bolt can have and possibly making the bolt having a bigger AOE making it more consistent to hit later on in the game but not making it too oppressive by more then doubling the base damage in the live version.

Unrelated to the bolt but the tier 3 AP on Magician 2 (Assistant) could be changes so when he teleports away from the enemy he could leave some sort of AoE fire rate slow/silence instead of the flat fire rate increase possibly allowing more juke shenanigans with the ability instead of outright making him a stronger stat check.

This thread is not relevant to this section, and as such I'll be locking this post. Community Hero Ideas is meant for unique heroes and abilities that do not exist in Deadlock currently, it is not meant for feedback. If anyone has any feedback for Deadlock, please post them to the Feedback sections. If they appear private, that's because only Valve can see the submissions in these sections. You can still post to these sections and see your own submissions, but you will not be able to see other user submissions. The reason for this is because Valve wants your feedback to be as unfiltered as possible, and being able to read other people's feedback and respond to it ends up clouding your feedback and anyone else's feedback that may read it. They would rather you say something generally disagreed upon if they are your legitimate thoughts.
