As of a few days ago, Sinclair would be able to use his other abilities when using ults whose base hero is allow to act while the ult is active. The three main ones are warden, infernus, and Venator. I know this change to be true since I explicitly recall being able to use vexing bolt and rabbit hex while Venator ulting right after Venator's release. Now, sinclair maintains his signature pink silhouette of the copied hero throughout the entire duration, unable to cast any other abilities. Perhaps this is intended, but I find it unlikely since there has been no patch since Venator's release, and this is a major gameplay change. Also, if the base hero can use non ultimate abilities when ulting, why shouldn't sinclair? He should be able to steal the ult, not a worse, silenced version of it.
