Simply getting into a Streetbrawl (maybe any gamemode, but I haven't gotten lucky enough yet) match as Rem causes connection issues.

Title. I made a post earlier talking about the consequences of this, but managed to fix it for myself, by force changing my hero, by loading into the old 4 lane map, dl_streets. Currently, there's something terribly wrong with Rem. Both times I have gotten into a Streetbrawl match, as specifically Rem, the game instantly boots me from the lobby. Then, I get stuck in an infinite black screen loading cycle that is a complete softlock of sorts (see attached file). You can't do anything other than open the console. You can't move, can barely see, or select anything on the menu. Restarting the game doesn't fix this, verifying files doesn't fix this, clearing mods doesn't fix this, reinstalling doesn't fix this, nor does restarting your entire OS. As I explained at the beginning, the only way to fix this is to get creative with console commands. To your average/new player, this would completely prevent them from playing the game for making the forgivable mistake of trying to play the new character. I politely request this issue be addressed, because the new hero looks really well done, and I'd really like to play them! Thank you.

(P.S. I had to abandon a few games because of this bug. I don't know if abandoning games leaves like a permanent internalized mark on your profile, like a "strike" of sorts; if that hypothetically existed, I would appreciate those from Rem's release day being cleared from me. Thank you...)

New information: It seems that becoming Rem in ANY CAPACITY causes this. I tried loading into a bot game as Rem, and It also triggered this issue. I also tried switching to Rem in the hideout, and it also causes this issue. I've even tried using "Explore NYC," spawning in Rem, and taking control of Rem, and it still seizes up, sends me back to the hideout, and causes this issue. I have also now tried updating my driver, and optimizing the game through Nvida's "optimize" function. Still nothing.

New information: I am still encountering this issue. I have now additionally tried replacing Rem's model with a modded one, and unfortunately I am still unable to play the new hero in any capacity. Here is all of my system information, in case it helps in any way. If there's anything more you need, please let me know. I would like for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible so I may enjoy the new Hero.

I believe this guy has figured it out! The build I'm using on Rem is seemingly crashing my client, causing it to restart, reload the build, and then crash my client again. This is admittedly entirely my fault.. I wanted to use Zalgo text to decorate my build with some tasteful glitchy artifacts, and seemingly I hit some sort of character limit and broke the game. The good news is the build isn't public, or else I would've accidentally made a sort of malware in the build selection screen. The bad news is that I have no idea how to edit a characters build without selecting the character! Please help!

FIXED!!!!
With the help of some folks on Discord, I managed to fix the issue. I found the cache folder containing all my hero builds, and I simply replaced it with someone else's. Deleting it didn't work, because it simply placed itself back, so I had to do a sort of "organ transplant." Finally happy to have the issue resolved! Here's my "corrupted" cache if any developer reading this would like to use it to try and patch this issue.
