Silver's Boot Kick interrupted by troopers

This ability is often intercepted by troopers and it feels like it shouldn't be. I would expect this ability to function more similar to Vyper's Lethal Venom, which can target objectives and jungle creeps, but not troopers.
 
This doesn't make sense as it is a melee/movement ability not a target select/damage ability. Also this should go inside of the hero ideas thread

I primarily think in term of what is fun rather than conforming to any set of arbitrary rules for how certain types of abilities behave. Regardless, not all same-type-abilities act the same right now. Billy's charge for example is a movement ability that doesn't get interrupted by troopers.
For placement my mistake, thought the hero idea's section was just for new hero concepts.
 
Maybe these charge features should be a solid-to-solid interaction? If Billy charges, he hits others in the way (and subsequently slows/loses damage).

So you come through with Abrams or Billy, you get a clean shot, you get 1000 (made up), but going through a dozen NPCs and your damage drops to 500. You hit multiple heroes your individual damage should drop as well (but the total should always be higher. Hit one for 1000, two at 750 each, 3 at 600, 4 at 500, etc etc)
