Silver Lycan Form Mercurial Magnum Bug(?)

Currently Silver does not proc the full % conversion of weapon damage from Mercurial Magnum while in lycan form. It only does the one single pellets worth of conversion, not a whole round. This is also replicatable on Sinclair who gets more damage with the same build out of lycan form due to their higher damage 'bullet' but even they don't get their full conversion damage since their base form fires in burst rounds; so it's only doing one 'bullet' worth of damage, not the full weapon damage conversion.

This practically kills Mercurial as an item for Silver. It'd be nice to know if this was intended because at this moment it appears to be a glaring item breaking bug for Silver.
