Silver Boot Kick dash stays locked to the ground

When Silver is grounded, looks up and uses Boot Kick, she stays stuck to the ground. Shiv/Billy dash behave similarly.

Feels really clunky.

This feels more like a QOL suggestion than a bug report, I believe its intended to not go up at all unless you're in the air already.

Yeah, I guess so. I just don't see any benefit to it so it seems unintended.

The only potential benefit I can think of is that it nerfs dashes, but it doesn't apply to other dashes (like Mina's) so I don't think that's it.
