It would be neat if there was a new active item that (along with maybe some stats if needed) would shrink your character and make you faster. The point would be to make your hitbox smaller, give a little more mobility, and technically could hide a little bit better too. Fleetfoot does already temporarily increase movement speed, but this can either be used as a different option or can be used in tandem with Fleetfoot for speedy shenanigans.
Some items have one negative (like a slower reload) so maybe a negative could be that it lowers gun and melee damage while in active use so it wouldn't be a must pick for damage builds.
Maybe it could be a 3000+ or a 6500+ soul item.
Would it be a very practical item? No, but it would be fun.
