Show Average Team Rating toggle doesn't work

Turned on these toggles, but after playing a match it did not show the average rating of the teams, not exactly sure where it should be showing but I dont see it.

I can reproduce this. Tag does not work, and additionally the "tell me when my medal changes" also doesnt work.
