Hi there,
I've encountered the shop UI bug a total of 4 times, and it almost always occurs when I create a new build for a character with nothing in it, and then I'm pulled into a game and it's there. From my experience, I haven't received this glitch when there are items in the build.
The second bug is the Mid-Boss Rejuvenator UI, it had remained there for several games (it was not a hinderance like the Shop UI, which can be fixed by disconnecting & reconnecting to the match).
